Terms of Use

These terms are provided by Barfin Network Limited and govern use of the BaniBanani app and website. A parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for a child. If you do not agree, do not create an account or purchase a subscription.

The service

BaniBanani provides short educational activities, downloadable course content, device-local progress, and optional parent-account synchronization. It supports learning but does not replace a teacher, school curriculum, medical advice, or professional assessment.

Parent responsibility

You are responsible for supervising the child's use, choosing age-appropriate activities, keeping account access secure, and providing accurate parent information. Do not help a child bypass the parent gate or allow a child to make purchases without authorization.

Accounts and acceptable use

You may use the local-first features without an account. If you create an account, you must be authorized to do so and keep sign-in access secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe security controls, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful material, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Subscriptions and payments

When paid plans are offered, the store listing shows the current price, billing period, trial conditions, and renewal terms before purchase. Apple or Google processes payment. Subscriptions renew according to the store terms until canceled in the store account. Deleting a BaniBanani account does not automatically cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in the applicable store. Statutory refund rights are not limited by these terms.

Content and intellectual property

BaniBanani and its lessons, characters, artwork, audio, software, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for family learning. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative copies except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Availability and updates

We work to keep downloaded lessons available offline, but online features require a compatible device and network. We may fix, improve, replace, or withdraw content and features. Maintenance, store rules, security incidents, or events outside our control may temporarily interrupt the service.

Account suspension and deletion

We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address serious misuse. A parent can delete the account at any time using the methods on the account deletion page.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without guarantees that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms for legal, security, or product changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where required, presented to the parent for acceptance. Questions can be sent to support@banibanani.com.
